General rules
- Board members are elected for three-year terms, unless they are replacing a Board member who resigns prior to the end of their term. In that case the elected candidate assumes the rest of the term of the resigning Board member.
- Retiring (terms are complete) directors are eligible for re-election provided they qualify.

This year’s elections/openings
- The membership will be voting for 4 candidates (3 three-year terms and 1 two-year term).
- Martin Mason, Ralph Cooke and Steve Bartlett terms are complete therefore 3 three-years terms
- Nicolas Martin is stepping down from the Board therefore the two-year term
- For 2025, the nominee’s with the most votes will be given the choice of a 3 or 2 year term followed by 2nd, 3rd…

Important dates
- Online voting begins March 18th and close April 12th (after the nominee’s personal introduction)
- Prior to closing voting, nominees will have the opportunity to introduce themselves at the beginning of the 2025 AGM
- Members present at AGM will have the opportunity to vote electronically at the AGM
- Voting will be closed after the nominee’s personal introduction at AGM
Important dates:
- Online voting begins March 18th and closes April 12th (after the nominee’s personal introduction.)
- Prior to closing voting, nominee’s will have the opportunity to introduce themselves at the beginning of the 2025 AGM.
- Members present at AGM will have the opportunity to vote or modify their pre-casted vote.
